Well, the concept of the central park is rare in SJ, more like self contained living with school, retails, park and direct connectivity to SJ or Sunway area. But a big NO for investment as there are too many blocks of residentials and suites, price is dropping or stagnant, price from developer is too steep, no room for appreciation, very risky. For own stay is great!
Imagine a man-made river of 9 acres of central park in Subang Jaya is materialized in this township. A rare living lifestyle created for green living. Few minutes drive to SS15 and Bandar Sunway with the newly completed flyover.
Not recommended for investment, too many supply of high rise apartment in this area. Poor rental rate but over priced units set by developers. If the price is affordable, consider it solely for own stay, good greenery concept, surrounded by industrial factories and warehouse though.
Located a bit away from hotspot, surrounded by industrial factories and matured housing. Although the concept is green park and with water features, the numbers of blocks of condominium is too many and too competitive which is not ideal for investment, but for own stay could be a good option due to easy access to Subang jaya city and Sunway city, still be mindful of overpriced issues.
