Should I Rent or Buy a House? Which Is Better?
Deciding between renting and owning a home is a significant choice, and each option has its unique advantages. Renting provides flexibility: you can live near your family, workplace, or a neighborhood you enjoy, without the long-term commitment of a mortgage. This can be ideal for those who may not be ready to settle down or want the freedom to relocate as life changes.
On the other hand, owning a home brings the joy of personalizing your space. While it does come with monthly mortgage payments, it also offers the freedom to renovate, decorate, and truly make a space your own.
Ultimately, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The best choice depends on individual circumstances and life stages. For example, a recent graduate might benefit from renting close to a new workplace, allowing time to adjust to new routines and explore areas that fit their lifestyle before making a long-term commitment.

Well, if you know well to manage risk, buy a right property with good rental rental or appreciate might be feasible. But make sure it can be sold and at least be able to let too, else the burden of financing could be heavy.

I support buy to have your own homes, have good financial planning, sustainable income cash flows to make sure strong holding power in case of emergency. A fully paid house is a home, a shelter protection to the whole family.
