Bandar Sunway or Sunway City (Chinese: 雙威鎮) is a township in Subang Jaya, Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located 13 km southwest of Kuala Lumpur, and 9 km southeast of the Subang Airport. This township got its name from the developer – Sunway Group, which is also got its name from Sungai Way (双溪威), a new village in Petaling Jaya.
Sunway Pyramid is a shopping centre opened in July 1997 as Malaysia’s first themed shopping and entertainment mall. One of the mall’s most easily recognised designs is the Egyptian-inspired Pyramid with a lion “standing guard” at the entrance. The rest of the building is embellished in the monumental style, complete with pseudo-hieroglyphics decorating facades, along with numerous Pharonic statuaries.
Sunway Pyramid was the only shopping mall in Malaysia to have an indoor ice skating rink, until IceScape Ice Rink opened in IOI City Mall Putrajaya.
In the center of Sunway is the amusement park Sunway Lagoon, which has many different themed parks, including some of the biggest rides in Malaysia and a large water park.
Sunway has a number of accommodation options for tourists and business travellers.
Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa is a 5-star hotel linked to the shopping centre.
Sunway Pyramid Hotel is a 3-Star Hotel linked to the shopping centre. It lacks gym facilities. The hotel also does not provide breakfast within the premise, and requires hungry guests to walk through a confusing labyrinth of walkways to the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa.
A newly opened hotel, Sunway Clio Hotel, is also linked to the shopping mall and provides 4-star accommodation.

Well, this condo is newly completed. Actual location is in Sunway Mentari (Lot of foreginers workers ) surrounding is not so pleasant. and it is superb jam during peak hours due to narrow road n bottleneck access. Think twice if you want to stay in this location.
Strategically located between PJ and Bandar Sunway. Short walking distance to One academy could be a plus point especially you are an investor targeting on renting to students and Sunway uni. Price is steep though, doubt if it is worth the price.
