    Hot location

    A very special project located in SS16 connecting to Subang Parade. Short walking distance to AEON Big which is just next to it, minutes drive to SS15 one of the hottest area in Subang Jaya. But too many blocks of condo along the area which might cause stagnant rental rate and sale price, be mindful. My 2 cents only.

    Adjacent to many amenities such as Sunway Pyramid, SJMC, SS15 commercial hub, universities, direct exit to Federal Highway. Very convenient with its direct connect to Subang Parade too.

    Young and vibrant area

    Well, as far as I know, this area is full of young students, modern shops and eateries, few malls and stone throw away from LRT & KTM Station. Supply of accommodation is still excess which causing unattractive rate of rental and selling price.

    Good connectivity to LRT and KTM. Easy to drive to NPE, KESAS and Federal Highway. Only problem is terrific jam during rush hours!
