Generally, Malaysia’s economy still not so good especially after the impact of covid, it is still under recovery stage despite several measures implementing by government. Good economy could drive better demand for properties, unfortunately it is still very soft in real estate industry.

Buying the wrong property is very costly, you cant get out of your bank mortgage and potentially have to auction your property. Be wise if to invest into it!
