This is a "luxury" condo area with walking distance to KLCC park or Suria KLCC mall. But the traffics along Jalan Tun Razak is terrible and complete standstill especially during peak hours, try to avoid that. On the other hand, the quality of the condo is not so quality as you can see from their fascade, the lift lobby area and it seems narrows and small.
