This project is very near to mid valley, and bangsar south, kl sentral and short driving distance to kl city centre. abundance of amenities such as hospital, malls, food cafe and conveniences despite the road is very jam and packed with traffics during peak hours. I would say location is central, matured area, lot of jobs opportunities, public transportation is nearby, good connectivity..this area already boom...busy street but quite jam during peak hours.
